on Infant Mortality
As part of the DCHD's effort to
continuously provide important health related information to the
community, the Institute
for Health Policy and Evaluation Research (HPER) recently released
its Infant
Mortality Report. The document compares local infant mortality rates
with those of state and national data. The report also uses Health Zones
of the city to compare mortality rates of infants living in different
