Welcome to Consumer Affairs

The Consumer Affairs Division has been established to be the protector and advocate for the consumers of Jacksonville.  The division investigates complaints regarding unfair, deceptive or illegal business practices, enforces relevant city ordinances and state laws along with educating consumers on their rights and responsibilities.
